Hello. My name is Kristin Cantella. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping couples reconnect and rediscover the love and passion that they once shared. I wholeheartedly believe in the power and benefits of therapy. I am continually in awe of the ability we all have to look inside of ourselves and bring about change in circumstances that previously felt unmanageable.

I am a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist with a straight forward, compassionate style. I provide an objective approach in helping you discover the answers you search for. Together, we will focus on you, your history, and how it relates to the current challenges you face. Through the process of self-awareness, we will discover ways that you can make different choices to lead to a happier more fulfilling life.

Other populations served include individuals, adolescents, children over 7 and families. I have extensive experience in working with depression, anxiety, addiction, co-dependency and grief and loss issues.

I am a member of the California Marriage and Family Therapy Association and the San Gabriel Marriage and Family Therapy Association.
