As a trauma informed therapist, I provide individualized treatment based on a clients unique needs and goals. I utilize a blend of evidence based therapies such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Somatic and Mindfulness approaches. I have over 25 years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist. I have worked in a multitude of therapeutic settings from residential treatment, to hospital settings, and in a group mental health practice. For the past 14 years, I have had my own solo private practice. I attained a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1999. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1995 and went on to get my Masters Degree from Phillips Graduate Institute in Los Angeles, CA (now called Phillips Graduate University/Campbellsville University). I have many years of experience working as a clinician within an EAP Program at a large hospital in Los Angeles, where I provided counseling services, Critical Incident Debriefings and education to staff members throughout the medical center.
